debilitating issue

i know it sounds trivial but it is debilitating for me. and i don't know what to do. it affects every aspect of my life, and i wish it didn't; but it does! please help me and pray for me if you have a moment -- i know it seems so frivolous, but believe me, it is actually a very huge deal to me...
