controlling colleagues

Hello, I have a problem: Despite hard work and prayers I do not achieve anything. My parents have cursed me as a child with the words: "you shall have nothing"… now this is a constant danger in my life. I also have controlling colleagues, who do not want to see my success or me moving forward...
