confusing roller coaster

We could really use prayers for ###'s heart rate to go back up today and for his bnp or (b and p? I don't know) to go back down. It's been such a confusing roller coaster and I'm just really breaking today. Please pray we can figure this out and get him healthy. Thank you so much I’m so scared...
