children's absence

Hello. I don't know how else to say this....I struggle mentally when kids are gone. I only get 5 hours a week with them and no phone calls. Two oldest kids stopped coming to parenting time almost a year ago. It's by far the hardest thing for me to carry daily. Do they hate me like the ex-wife...
