chia seeds

One of my pets just ate the flowers off a small plant I was growing. I'm not completely sure what kind of plant it was but I think the seeds were chia seeds. Please pray they do not get sick or harmed from doing this. They had never done this before.

Haven't had a bowel movement in months, please pray that I get heal from chronic constipation. I try chia seeds, probiotic, many more things. Colon muscle. I have a doctor's appointment on tomorrow.
