bldg expense

My bldg is old, now it is gone for repairing. I debt money from someone, I am a single parent, my son is still studying, no one supports. My house is on a pagady system, pls pray that bldg goes for redevelopment, I get this flat in my name. Let at present this bldg expense does not go very high...
