belittled

Please pray for me about some bad experiences I had on two different support groups for abuse that have now seemed to leave their mark on me. I keep hearing the words of the people in these groups who belittled the abuse I've experienced, demeaned me and were just generally very unkind.

Last week at the meeting at work, there were some issues where I felt overwhelmed and belittled. In Jesus' name please pray for me to let go of negative thoughts and anxiety. Please pray for my entire team at work to find easiness and understanding. Please pray for us all.
