bachelor's in history

I'm currently in my 3rd year of doing my Bachelor's in History, and I can't decide if I should continue for a 4th year. Should I leave after my 3rd year and do Master's for another two years? If I do it for 4 years, I graduate with Honors and could directly do a PhD. But I'm so tired already and...
