absolute mess

First of all, I want for you to pray for my "ematophobia". It is the fear of vomit/vomiting and I have it BAD. I'm nauseous and I think I need to throw up but I just... can't, no matter how hard I try to resist the fear, it has taken complete control over me and I'm constantly praying about it...
