24 7 asthma attacks

I want these cruel neighbors to move they are causing me almost 24/7 asthma attacks in my own home by blowing perfumes, Lysol, etc., out their windows. It's a side-by-side mobile home. I begged them to stop some of this because I'm fully disabled and can't move. They yelled at me.
