Dear Lord,

As we grow in our knowledge of Christ’s love, we hope and pray it becomes second nature to love deeply and sacrificially in our marriage. Please continue to teach us how to put the interests of others above our own. May we never be motivated by selfish ambition or vain conceit. Give us Your desires for our relationship, and help us walk in submission to Your design for marriage.

We pray our money management brings You glory. Help us communicate respectfully so that we can hear each other’s hearts on the matter of money management and can stick to the boundaries we set as a couple. May we always hold our money loosely so that it is not an idol in our lives.
