Dear Lord,

Show us how to build up our relationship and make it strong. In moments when we are weak, when despair cripples us, give us the fortitude to bear with one another in patience. May our weaknesses never irritate one another. Lord, help us to understand that we need to encourage one another through those tough times.

Dear Lord,

As we make ourselves known to You, will You encourage us to make ourselves known to one another? To be fully known and truly loved is an immeasurable gift, and we long to experience this in our marriage. Please help us to pursue each other in love. May our marriage look unmistakably like You designed it to look so that when outsiders look at us they see sacrificial love and submission. Lord, please lead us to love more every day.
