Where’s Your Focus? This is a question all standers should ask themselves regularly. Are you focused on your spouse? Your circumstances… the other person, court date, financial problems, custody battles, loneliness, what others are saying, and on and on. What about your stand for marriage restoration? Are you focused on that? Or are you focused on God? You have probably experienced all of these as what consumes your thoughts at some point. I was sitting here, talking to God, and I looked over at the bookshelf and saw one of my daddy's Bibles sticking out near the edge. I decided to get it and read a little. I opened it and wondered where I should start. I thought, "I'll let Daddy tell me where to read and looked for places where he may have marked or turned down the corner of a page. Well, the Bible was FULL of "markings" and "underlinings" and all kinds of little graphics he had written in places he thought were significant!
