Jesus always thought about our own future. He did not want none of us to end up in hell or anywhere else but heaven. His wonderful promise for all of us is... I am going to prepare a place for you. That where I am there you may be also. His words were sincere and in kindness He showed us the way to reach heaven. He said, I am the door. He really wanted us to guide and protect us from all harm. He was thinking about our future all the time. Working tirelessly to see the wonderful things He has prepared for us. A place of eternal joy and blessedness. Holy companionship and seeing our loved ones rejoicing with Him forever.
Sowing Seeds Of Kindness In this world we live in, there is such a hustle and bustle of life that we seem to miss out on the most important things. We end up so self-absorbed and in the end absolutely miserable, not knowing why or how this could have happened. Today I would like to suggest something that could absolutely turn life around for you. Begin by sowing seeds of kindness into the lives of those you meet, to your family, to those you work with, to those who need lifting up. If you do there will be a harvest that will flow back into your life, which will ultimately change the world in which you live. I had a Aunt whose goal everyday was to make a difference in some one's life. She was a very kind person and went out of her way...
Serve Jesus with gladness. Bring offerings of lost souls to His feet. Give and it shall be given unto you. O blessed Lord, open our eyes to see the fields that are ready for harvest. Please touch the hearts of our next door neighbors and bring them all to church. Save their souls we pray ... Amen
In God's hands...in reality...is not God in our hands...a paradox, there are many. Are we not all guilty of this misconception. From this side of the 'glass'...I must remind myself often, that God's work has been done, and it is in my hands as to my attitude and actions in my daily life. Our faith in the unseen shall be our strength, or not. For from here it is in the spiritual realm of things, with a quiet mind, that many things are revealed within, by the gift of the Holy Spirit...'to be'. Communities far and wide are 'away' from true spiritual thoughts and actions, are they not. The intellectual community means well, but often with illogical and materialistic thoughts... vacant of spiritual thoughts from the heart, as guided...
With songs of deliverance let us come before the holy presence of God. Let the weak say, I am strong in the strength of the Lord. Our spiritual awakening continues to unfold before God. The help and grace we receive from heaven shall pass on to those who are in trouble. O let us all glorify the name of the Lord. His mercy is from everlasting to everlasting. Jesus, we love You, we praise You, we adore You. Glorify Your name in all the earth. I pray to God that I walk humbly before Him. Loving Him, praising Him, adoring His holy name. O blessed Lord, hear us when we call on You. Answer us according to Your holy will. You are my hiding place, O Lord... You always fill my heart with songs of deliverance. Whenever I am afraid, I will trust...
'Let us welcome them, one by one by one...those that have found their way here.' As many are in search of a reprieve from troubled lives. Make no mistake, it seems we too often put ourselves in harms way by our own making...this I know well. Turning our life over to God's care is a commitment and sacrifice, with untold rewards, so long as we maintain a spiritual relationship in our attitude and actions, in all our affairs. Make no mistake...the journey is not meant to be easy...and is for eternity...believe it. For each day is a new day for new learning of ones own self...for it has to start with SELF. Let us pray we come to know and learn just what it is that is needed in our life.
Many of us believed that heeding the words of God meant following rigid rules, an instruction booklet for life. Some of us now believe differently, the rigid rules, the endless instructions, the exhortation to perfection, are not the words our Lord whispers. The words of God are often those still small words we call intuition or instinct, leading and guiding us forward. We are free to be who we are, to listen to and trust ourselves. We are free to listen to the gentle, loving words of a loving God, words whispered to and through each of us. Today, help us God, to let go of shame-based rules. Let us choose the freedom of loving, listening, and trusting. Praise God...I Am You...You Are I...
