Great in mystery and full of love. His bountiful care is everywhere we see. What tongue can recite the wonderful things He has done for those who fear His name? He dwells in the light which no man can see. But His holy presence is everywhere. We can feel it. We can taste it. Let us all bow down before Him in worship, in adoration, in praise to Him. Faithful and true, a righteous Judge. With heart of mercy and compassion He is coming back to earth to take us all to heaven. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Who was and is and is to come. Halleluyah, for our God the Almighty reigns. Just, holy and true. He is coming back for you and for me. All glory, and all honor and all praise shall be unto Him now and forever more. Amen...
Every moment we spend together praying, fasting, speaking in truth what Jesus taught us in His word. These words touch our hearts, minds, and lives forever. The things that we share and learn from others come as blessings to our life. Jesus is magnified with our words and we must learn to listen with our hearts just as Jesus did to the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus said, "You had a lot of husbands and the one you have right now is not your husband." Jesus knew it all. He listened with His heart. Let us do this.
Wisdom is not only intelligence of knowledge, not even understanding. It is the ability to use all of these to the benefit of those who are around us. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Those who have this wonderful gift that comes from heaven are loved, cared for, and the heart of God's mercy and compassion fill their hearts with joy. But God is wise enough to harvest good from evil. Taking us out from the gutter of sin and evil into the light of His holy presence. Jesus, what a wonder You are. Full of wisdom, full of love, full of mercy and compassion over those who are so far away from You. You shine, O Lord, like a bright morning star before our eyes. Leading our way toward heaven's gates. When trials test your faith...
No food, no water, no blanket, no bed to sleep on. What an emptiness of life we life far away from the Jesus arms. No shelter to keep ourselves from the cold, not even a porch with rocker to ponder our future on earth. Without Jesus we are homeless and in need of an arm to lean on. His love can restore in us a new hope. After it is withered and died we can make it come alive again and again. For hope is what will get us through and the love that passeth all understanding will lead us all to glory. Draw us closer to You o Lord. And never ever let us go. We lay it down again to hear You say. I am your friend. He will heal our brokenness and willingly will bind the wounds that left us scarred and bring soundness to our minds. Every day...
All of my life, I have been taught about faith, oftentimes referring to the scripture in Hebrews, Faith is the substance of things hoped for; the evidence of things not seen. I have lived by my faith in every area of my life and have never been disappointed. In the last year, I have become more challenged in my faith than ever. In every challenge and experience in my life, I always reached to God and said, "it's me and you daddy. Let's do this." While this may sound comical, this was my way of letting him know that I was trusting him through the process every step of the way. And, each time, he showed up and showed out. I am in this Christian of business owners and shared my faith. I recall sharing the story about Harriet Tubman. Her...
"These things have I written to you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." (1John 5:13). Notice the hand pointing portion of our opening verse. The Apostle John says, "...that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." Simply put, he is saying, "put the Name of Jesus to work!" That Name opens every door in every city and every nation. That's the Name you need for a life of consistent victory, anywhere. For example, when Jesus gave the great commission in Mark 16:15 and said, "...Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature," He did so in His Name. He gave us...
Once we have come to the feet of the Lord Jesus, our image changes for the better. From ugliness to beautiful. From sadness to happiness. From loneliness to joy. The pursuit of happiness in this life make us seek God more than anything else. People are not happy with themselves, so they are looking in strange places the joy they never had. Only Jesus is the joy of our hearts and He will change our image into His own.
