Sometimes it’s difficult to appreciate the significance of the sacrifice. Except for ceremony, we can be somewhat disconnected. I have been guilty of the same. But, just think if it had been your child being completely innocent; yet rejected by his friends and family: beaten, tortured, nailed to a tree with his blood running down. Calvary Can you hear the hammers ringing?! The Nails. The Nails. The Nails. The Blood came streaming down. Can you hear Him calling FATHER!!!!! He could have come down: He didn’t have to do it. He could have set Himself free. But, He stayed there just for you and me. I’M SO GLAD HE DID Thank You LORD!
"For of all your materialistic knowledge...get spiritual understanding. For the 'teachings' of Christ...is it not of the lesson of 'LIFE'...make no mistake...a spiritual darkness is being witnessed far and wide. Nothing under the sun shall be as important as first...getting right within ones own self, and to strive for knowing the 'presence' within of the Holy Spirit. Contempt of this is said to be disobedience unto God's will. One must pass the test, to learn of the lesson. With the 'presence' of God being absent...the tests of 'life' can be overwhelming." 'Praise God'
In My eyes, your old life has already met its demise and is finished. The Cross has set you free from your old man; a sin nature and a selfish lifestyle. When I died, so did you. I did not just die for you, I died as you. When I was buried I took your old man with me and when I was raised from the dead I left your old man behind. He cannot ever be resurrected. It is gone, finished, forever. You died in Me, then a new version of you was raised from the dead through My glorious workings. Now you and I are walking together in a completely new and totally different life. Your old self was crucified with Me so that everything connected to that life could never make it past the grave. We are united together always and no one and...
The splendor of delight we feel when the touch of the Master reaches our heart. Like the fragrance after the rain. Jesus we love You. We praise You, we adore Your holy name. You renew our life like the morning grass. Touch us o Lord. Continuously that we may never forget what You did on Calvarys cross. Father, forgive them for they do not know what they do. Your love, your mercy and compassion on our lost souls reaches today. In You alone o Lord we live, move and breath. Who can grasp Your infinite mercy. Who can fathom your deepest love to us? Merciful Father, touch our hearts today. Makes all of us Your very own. In Jesus name. Amen
In Mark 5:24-34 and Luke 842-48 When the woman with the issue of blood touched the garment of our Lord Jesus Christ, she must have been so amazed at his Healing Power. I mean she was a victim of this disease for 12 years, she was rejected, declared unclean not for several days like the other women were, she was unclean for years, her medical bills left her broke, she must have had very low self esteem, she must have been depressed, and due to her illness she must have been seriously anemic, bad eyesight, weak body, and mind, she probably could not sleep and felt she would die any day, and with the loss of blood she may have been very open to infections and in those days it must have been very rough for her! she probably didn't have...
On this holy week when we remember Jesus suffering, death and resurrection let us all bow down before Him and adore Him. He is the King of kings and the Lord of Lords. That is the reason to sing sweet songs of victory, of joy, of love to Him. He alone is the hope of every contrite heart. The joy of all the meek. His voice continues to ring in our ears. Come unto Me ye that are heavy burdened and I will give you rest. Yes Lord, we are coming to You. With sweetness that fill our hearts let us all thank Him, praise Him and adore Him all the days of our life till He call us home to glory. Amen
