The splendor of delight we feel when the touch of the Master reaches our heart. Like the fragrance after the rain. Jesus we love You. We praise You, we adore Your holy name. You renew our life like the morning grass. Touch us o Lord. Continuously that we may never forget what You did on Calvarys cross. Father, forgive them for they do not know what they do. Your love, your mercy and compassion on our lost souls reaches today. In You alone o Lord we live, move and breath. Who can grasp Your infinite mercy. Who can fathom your deepest love to us? Merciful Father, touch our hearts today. Makes all of us Your very own. In Jesus name. Amen
In Mark 5:24-34 and Luke 842-48 When the woman with the issue of blood touched the garment of our Lord Jesus Christ, she must have been so amazed at his Healing Power. I mean she was a victim of this disease for 12 years, she was rejected, declared unclean not for several days like the other women were, she was unclean for years, her medical bills left her broke, she must have had very low self esteem, she must have been depressed, and due to her illness she must have been seriously anemic, bad eyesight, weak body, and mind, she probably could not sleep and felt she would die any day, and with the loss of blood she may have been very open to infections and in those days it must have been very rough for her! she probably didn't have...
On this holy week when we remember Jesus suffering, death and resurrection let us all bow down before Him and adore Him. He is the King of kings and the Lord of Lords. That is the reason to sing sweet songs of victory, of joy, of love to Him. He alone is the hope of every contrite heart. The joy of all the meek. His voice continues to ring in our ears. Come unto Me ye that are heavy burdened and I will give you rest. Yes Lord, we are coming to You. With sweetness that fill our hearts let us all thank Him, praise Him and adore Him all the days of our life till He call us home to glory. Amen
Some depression is caused by a chemical imbalance, poor diet, lack of sleep, or grief. There is another kind caused by an evil spiritual attack. I found this article online. I hope it is helpful to someone. God Bless. Scriptures Authors Topics Confessions Depression Is a Spirit – It Must Be Fought with the Word of God by Rex Rouis Even in the midst of blessings, people can have recurrent fits of depression. It comes in like a dark, heavy cloud. We pray, fast, or make resolutions, only to find it getting worse. That is because this cloud of depression is not mental; it is spiritual. It is called the spirit of heaviness. “To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them...
The Lord God tells us in Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. " Have I not commanded you? Be Strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." He is with us wherever we go. He will guide us through the waters, through the fire, through the storms of life, we have to be strong and of good courage. When we forget this fact, we need to remember past victories the Lord has brought in our lives, we must read his word to feed our spirit man, Remember how...
"The 'rules have been changed'...purpose of the Cross...Christ our Lord God...life. In today's market-driven society, it is about us, the selfish we want, self-felt needs and expecting it to suddenly happen with no thought of 'working for it'... which requires sacrifices, perseverance, commitments and HONESTY. Let us be clear...God's love is tough love and never instructed to be easy! But in today's world it is about entertainment, fun, movies and illusions of HD imagery, self-acclaim and all for a 'profit' in some form. The most disturbing of all, churches have entered into market-driven strategies to fill the pews, at whatever means they feel necessary...the shameful behavior is kept closed by clannishness...'what goes on...
What a beautiful mantra. Praise Is What I Do I have prayed daily, at the noon hour, for many years. During 2011, the last year I lived in Atlanta, prior to moving back to Houston, I distributed the attached pamphlet throughout the city. I hope that some among you accepted the invitation to join me. I’m extending this invitation to all people throughout the world. The beauty in this is that it’s always noon somewhere in the world, what a way to confuse the devil. (Praise break!) Matthew 10:27 - “What I tell you in darkness, you must speak in the daylight; what I whisper in your ear, you must proclaim from the housetops”: Atlanta, that city on the hill. Come on ATL, help me usher in...
Healing - Bill Johnson As they sat there during the week, these people that are dying, some can't eat, they can't function, they're in pain, they have very restricted lives, they've got tubes and things coming...it's just...it's just horrible. You can see the anguish on their face, the pain, the slight movement, the cringe, the...all this stuff you can see the dark cloud that just rests over the top of their life, you can see it's...this is really a big deal, it's just sucking the life right out them. It's real tough to see that kind of stuff and think, you know, there's a large part of the church that's created room for this. This is just..God's allowed...NO HE'S NOT ALLOWED IT! He put the gun in your hands and said "shoot that...
As the cold dreary days of winter give way to the nice bright and warms days of spring. Our hearts warm up on Palm Sunday. We all know that it is time for us to hear Easter Bells ringing all over the place. Jesus is alive and well. He has come to give us life and life everlasting. Remember. We shall not die, but live. This wonderful promise is for all of us who believe and trust His word. Therefore, Cast your burdens upon the Lord and He will sustain you. Psalm 55.22a
