How do we know when it's time to move on? To be certain, whether the movement is seeminly, from only one wilderness to the next, or whether transitory (backwards) or perpetual (forward), God's master plan is to give us a forecasted, hope and a future. Because God's ways are far beyond anything we can imagine, His perfect timing, in this process, is such that even cloudy days can be luminous when we trust His navigation. God's timing is not only perfect in purpose, it is likewise perfect in preparedness, that we might learn to come together and gird our loins. Sometimes God allows us to endure rough seasons to prepare and strengthen us for the battle ahead; so that when we reach the banks of Jordan, we are able to stand firm...
I've seen this several times-someone starts out "small" with a certain sin, but then it "grows" until the devil has them hooked.Like..for example...could be with drugs, the person starts off with a few "tokes" here and there of pot. {Quote--"Yeah the other drugs are chemical, but pot is natural, man.And I only have a few puffs once a week". {Meaning, they only "start out with" a few puffs once a week, then the thought gets in their head that since it's "harmless" anyway, a few more puffs, then add another day to it, until it's daily, then try another drug, etc.} Gambling." I just went to the casino or the horse track once." At first..then when seeing they didn't win by the time their "allowance money" was spent, ah, what's another $$...
We know that, living in a fallen world, we pay the the price, not only with ourselves directly, but we could have family members that could be either born with defects,or have some family sickness that they're more likely to get.But we also know that one trait of being unsaved is spiritual ignorance.{"Father forgive them for they know not what they do."} Now...what I've seen is that in certain familys, a certain sin might prevail...a SPECIFIC sin, moreso in that family than in another. Like, I knew a family who were pratically all into the occult. Believed in it, went to psychics, mediums, etc. There's a family, neighbors, who the whole family are drug addicts, see nothing wrong with it, defend it, and think you're a square if you don't...

I am faced with the reality of losing my 2nd job on the 17th of October and before I would be panicking, but My faith has grown stronger that I am not worried because the Lord is in control! My Faith and Trust in the Lord has grown stronger and the Lord will take care of me. I just watched a Movie called Freedom, experience the World that inspired the great hymn "Amazing Grace" aboard Captain John newton's ship and what happened on that Voyage to America that changed the the Captain so Profoundly? Amazing Grace Amazing Grace! How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found Was blind, but now I see. 'Twas Grace that taught my heart to fear, And Grace my fears relieved. How precious did that Grace...
For righteousness sake, we must first go back, before going forward: not to dwell again as before in wrongdoing; but, to right the wrongs of the past, to restore those whom we wronged, whether individual or even nation. Jesus did it on our behalf, when we couldn't do it for ourselves; therefore in being Christ like, so also must we do unto others. This is instructional both in the old and new testaments: Ezekiel 33: 15 "If the wicked restores the pledge, gives back what he has stolen, and walks in the statutes of life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die." Matthew 5: 23-24 "So if you are presenting a sacrifice at the altar in the Temple and you suddenly remember that someone has something against you...
There are so many trials and tribulations has come to all of us, distress, fear and worry fill our hearts with doubt and darkness has filled our life. Call on the Lord who is worhty of all praise. Hold Thou thy cross before my crossing eyes. Shine through the gloom and point me to the skies. Heavens morning breaks, and earths vain shadows flee. In life, in death, O Lord, abide with me. Anyone of us will pass through much afflction, and yet, hold on to the hand of Him who can save, who can heal, of Him who can lead us all to our eternal home in heaven. Abiding in the holy presence of Jesus, in prayer, in reading HIs word, in singing praises to His name will make our life full of peace and joy. In the presence of the Lord...
