We must bow down before the Lord and thank Him for giving us a night of rest and peace. The sun is setting for a lot of people who are in the last days on earth. My prayer for them is to be ready to enter the pearly gates where Jesus is waiting for them with smile and joy. The shimmering stars are sparkling all around us. I see the wonders of God's. Praise the Lord. My days are not over yet. But I am looking forward to see Jesus smiling face. Welcoming me at the gates of heaven. Amen
The devil tries but God is at work! Family we are going through hard times but now is the time to deeply entrench ourselves in Jesus. Don't abandoned what you have started. Finish your race. 2 Corinthians [/B>4:8-12 We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. Don’t submit to your circumstances and don't trust your eyes. Fear would love to tell you to quit but faith says never! Fear always runs away but faith is confident in its victory. Every trial you go through in life are not only making you stronger, but you are shaking the spiritual realm. Demons are fleeing because you are prevailing. Some evil may be tenacious but...
Bible names code, hinds' feet
A few years ago, the Lord gave me a study Bible. Since then (with breaks in between during times of grievous sins) I've been trying to read all the way through for the first time. I confess that when reading the genealogies, it was difficult to see how it benefits us to read lists of ancient names. I prayed that God would show us how each of his words, each little mark even, is profitable to the body. Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth...
The Extra Mile One of the greatest misnomers in society today is the belief that true Love is an emotion. Nothing can be further from the truth. All we need to do is examine an emotion. When we face a positive stressor we are happy; a negative stressor we are sad, or scared, or even angry. Emotions are temporary and it is not at all what scriptures report God's Love as being. If Love was truly an emotion then it would be tossed to and fro our minds and our hearts, just like all other emotions. It would be here this moment, gone the next. Just like secular love. This is not of God. Love is God's highest form of order. It may generate emotions but it is far more superior. God's Love is endless, edifying, and restorative. Its labour...
Those who hear and obey Jesus' voice then they will receive blessings, help, and healing in their life. Sometimes life is tricky and sometimes things go wrong like losing your job and do not have money to pay the mortgage. Sometimes you feel like out of place and feel you do not belong there anymore. Jesus is a place of comfort and peace. He said. Abide in Me and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish and it shall be done unto you. If we just obey the voice of the Lord, then all fear, all worry, all depression will disappear from our life. Focus on the positive and remember those wonderful blessings Jesus has brought to your life. When you cannot sleep at night because of the nightmares the devil brings to your heart...
The Large Place By David A. DePra Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer. (Ps. 4:1) "Enlargement," or, "being brought into a large place," are metaphors for spiritual freedom in the Bible. The picture is one where I have, "more room to move around," in my relationship with God. I am not constrained or limited. I can move with Him in Truth. The verse above says that it is in DISTRESS that we become enlarged. The distress isn’t what does it – for anyone can be distressed, even atheists. No. It is what we choose IN the distress. We become enlarged when we become small; when we decrease. Then Christ can increase in us. Another way to look at...
Church attendance does not save anyone but we can find relief to our troubled soul. Depression will go away, worry will disappear, healing shall come and Jesus name will be magnified above all things. True life is found in God's house. A place where God's word is preached and practiced. Find the one that Jesus name is magnified above all things. Everyone should come and share those wonderful things Jesus has done in your life. I am so glad to go to the house of the Lord where His name is magnified and glorified. Peace and joy shall find there. All glory to God almighty.
Life is a gift given to us by God Himself. He has sent us where we are to be a blessing, to be help to those in need. To be just like Jesus, full of compassion, mercy and love. So, why people wish to end their life, could be the pandemic, the loss of a job they loved or miss someone in their life? Common causes of suicide today. 1. Loneliness and isolation. Pandemic is doing that. 2. End of a relationship. Love is gone in a marriage. 3. Adjusting to a big change. Moving away from familiar places and friends. 4. Long term of physical pain or illness. The virus is doing great harm to many. 5. Money problems and housing problems. 6. Bereavement losing someone dear to us. 7. Mental health problems like depression, fear, worry. So many...
I have encountered so many trolls all over the place. On line they get into your account or your conversation. But who these people are? Are they men, women, children, young people or the elderly? I want to find out and believe me. I am praying for all of them to get saved and to get right with God and be on their way to heaven's gates so they can enter in to glory. Friendless, loveless, lost in a world of impersonators. Jesus loves them and cares for them. They say... You are not deep enough in your arguments. You are not intellectual to engage in a conversation. You are not a critic or a poet. You are nothing. Jesus loves them. They are looking for someone to show them the way to reach heaven. Jesus is the Door to enter in. Be a...
