19 Jesus then said, ‘At one time, there was a rich man who had very expensive clothes. This rich man ate big meals every day. 20 There was also a poor man called Lazarus. He had sores all over his body. He lay outside the gate of the rich man. 21 He was very hungry. He wanted to eat the bits of food that the rich man threw away. Even the dogs came and they tasted the sores on his body. 22 Then Lazarus died and God's angels carried him away. They put him at the side of Abraham in heaven. The rich man then also died and his family buried him in the ground. 23 He went to the dead people's place called Hades. He was in a lot of pain there. He saw Abraham far away in heaven. He also saw Lazarus at Abraham's side. 24 So he shouted out...
What makes life worth living is to know Him personally, to touch and feel His holy presence in the middle of the night. I felt an angel touching me at three o'clock in the morning. Wake up, see the wonderful things I am bringing to you.. He said. I woke up and started to sing. Hallelujah, hallelujah, praise the Lord. He is alive and well and want us to speak to Him anytime of the day or night. Creation shows the power of God. There is glory all around. And those who see must stand in awe. For miracles abound. I believe in miracles. I have seen a soul set free. Miraculous the change in one. Redeemed through Calvary. Feel the joy all along the way, forget your troubles and continue on the road that leads to His holy presence. He...
No one can escape from the presence of Jesus. No one can get rid of Him unless we sin against Him, ignore His presence or just reject Him and His word. But as for me... How blessed I am to know Him. I know this is to be true. A complete sense of His presence all around us. Deep within my heart, Where pain once sat. You gave me strength, You hold me close. When death came along, I saw the deepest sadness in our soul. We are not alone. Jesus is with us. His presence is always there when we call on Him. His blessings never end. His mercy will not disappear. In the presence of Jehovah, God almighty, Prince of peace. Troubles vanish, hearts are mended, In the presence of the King. How true this song is. I...
Sometimes we have to accept the fact that certain things will never go back to how they used to be. The world keeps changing and people keep running away from Jesus. We must and should pray for them. We lose the things we cherish so much, but we do not cherish those things God has sent into our way. His word, His promises, His love for everyone of us. Time and fate may separate friends and loved ones. Jesus will never ever depart from us. Love Him, praise Him, adore Him. Friendship and love from Him will never depart. Thenceforth, let us continue to live in His holy presence. In the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy. Cherish the life given to us as a gift that comes from heaven. As time passes by everything...
Daniel 3:28-30 Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of ###, ### and ###, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king’s command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God. Therefore I decree that the people of any nation or language who say anything against the God of ###, ### and ### be cut into pieces and their houses be turned into piles of rubble, for no other god can save in this way.” Then the king promoted ###, ### and ### in the province of Babylon. HALLELUIAH. Praise be to God.
Keep Watch! We understand that our flesh is weak and it's predisposed to selfish behavior. We are instructed to pray and resist all temptations. We must keep watch over our heart, soul, and mind. Keep watch and pray, so that you will not give in to temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak!” Matthew 26:41 Like in many other places throughout the bible, the words 'keep watch,' does not instruct us to look for an external threat, rather an internal threat. Keep yourself in check (aligned yourself in God's truth). Jesus instructed us to make the kingdom our priority in life and then all things will be added. “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore...
My Lord, I humbly pray the following prayer for every person, and current college student who desires to attend college/university and are experiencing great obstacles to achieve their dream of obtaining their college/university degree. Thank You, Praise You Lord Jesus for Everything that You bring me through! I was an extreme heart patient. I have bills that no one but Jesus could understand. If you can imagine my life is all about Jesus more so than ever now! I was taken to a hospital after having several heart attacks and spent almost 2 weeks there. I had to wear a defibrillator in order to leave the hospital, barely able to walk, barely able to talk. My heart was only operating at 20%, valves were clogged, a valve was leaking. They had multiple surgeries planned. I had doctor appointments almost daily. They said I could never work again so I was planning on that, I could never mow again. I was going to get Social Security for disability. Yet all the while I told...
