Many people refer to themselves as saved. What is salvation? Is it a place, a destination, a state of mind or what? Salvation is: 1. Being delivered from the penalty of sin, which is eternal death (Romans 6:23). 2. Being delivered from mortality and given the gift of eternal life (John 3:15).
