Once again waking up at night feeling heart racing, feeling hot and flushed,  takes awhile to get my heart rate back to normal,  then I try to fall asleep kinda sitting up instead of laying flat and it happens again.  I've gone to doctor,  she didn't seem concerned,  other tests came out normal...
