I still have problems to find proper sleep. I wake constantly up and after a while I can't sleep anymore. Please pray that my sleeping disorder gets restored after many years.

I have a ligament strain on my left ankle. Please pray that it gets soon well as I still have to do some shopping for Christmas presents.
