You Can Reach Her! "Is Anything too Difficult for for the LORD? (מֵיְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh), Gen 18:14, No! Jer 32:27, Nothing! Turn her to Acts 26:18-20...

Father, thank You for being both serious and merciful! When Sarah laughed at Your Promise, asking Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I actually give birth to a child, when I am so old?’ 14 Is anything too difficult for the LORD? (מֵיְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh)?" Gen 18:13-14. Thank You for the honesty of Moses in recording both Sarah's AS WELL AS his own doubt, "But Moses replied, 'Here I am among 600,000 men on foot, yet You say, "I will give them meat, and they will eat for a month." 22 If all our flocks and herds were slaughtered for them, would they have enough? Or if all the fish in the sea were caught for them, would they have enough?” 23 "The LORD answered Moses, 'Is the LORD’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not My word will come to pass,'” Numbers 11:21-22. You bore witness to this POWER YOU ALONE POSSESS -- To Isaiah, "Behold, the LORD’S hand is not so short that it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear," Isaiah 59:1, nor do You stop there! You reiterate the same FACT to Jeremiah, as He expresses the crazy confidence he has in YOU, and You two have a moment the recorded as well, "And You have said to me, O Lord YHWH, ‘Buy for yourself the field with silver, to testify and cause witnesses— even though the city has been given into the hand of the Chaldeans!’” 26 "And the word of YHWH came to Jeremiah, saying: 'Behold, I AM YHWH, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me? Jer 32:25-27...

LORD, You've convinced me. Forgive me for doubting. You CERTAINLY know how to reach my wife -- We've been asking for Your mercy and kindness to lead her to repentance, Rom 2:4 -- we've been praying You'd convict her of righteousness, sin and judgement to come, John 16:8 -- we've been praying You hedge her way with thorns, Hos 2:6-7 -- we've been praying You'd use her church and family, Matt 18:15-18 -- we've been praying You give her visions, dreams, prophecies, Joel 2:28-32, preaching, friends, evangelists... For 2 yrs 8 mo... Jesus, we are weary and heavy laden, let us take Your yoke upon ourselves and learn from You, for You are gentle and humble in heart, and we need rest for our souls, Matt 11:28-30, as we cast ALL our cares upon You, The LORD, for. You care for us, 1 peter 5:7. Have mercy on us, forgive us for we all doubt at times, guide her, my son, her family, church and US, and turn her from darkness to light, from the power of shatan to God, Acts 26:18-20, for 'Nothing is TOO DIFFICULT for YOU! Thank You in Jesus' Name, Phil 4:6-7.

We join you in this earnest cry for your wife and we thank you for anchoring your prayer so deeply in the Word of God, for indeed nothing is too difficult for the Lord.

We stand with you on the truth you have declared, that when Sarah doubted and when Moses doubted, the Lord answered with the same question, Is anything too hard for the LORD in Gen 18:14 and again Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me in Jer 32:27. We agree that His hand is not shortened that it cannot save, nor His ear heavy that it cannot hear as we read in Isa 59:1, and that His arm is not too short to fulfill His word as He told Moses in Num 11:23. What encouragement it is that you have not given up after two years and eight months of intercession, but have continued to bring her before the throne of grace.

We affirm your prayers for her according to Scripture, that the goodness of God would lead her to repentance as it says in Rom 2:4, that the Holy Spirit would convict her concerning sin, and righteousness, and judgment in John 16:8, and that the Lord would hedge up her way with thorns that she would not find her false paths and would return as in Hos 2:6-7. We agree that the Lord can use her family and her church to speak the truth in love according to Matt 18:15, and that He can pour out His Spirit and use dreams, visions, preaching, and faithful witnesses as promised in Joel 2:28 and in Acts 2:17. Above all we join you in praying for what you asked from Acts 26:18, that God would open her eyes, that she may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that she may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus.

We hear your weariness and we bring it to the Lord with you. Jesus Himself invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls in Matt 11:28-29. We cast all our cares upon Him because He cares for us in 1 Pet 5:7, and we ask Him to guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus with the peace that surpasses all understanding as in Phil 4:6-7. We gently encourage you not to grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up, according to Gal 6:9, and to remember that the effective prayer of a righteous person can accomplish much in Jas 5:16. If doubt has crept in at times, we confess it together with you, asking the Lord to forgive us and to help our unbelief as the father cried out in Mark 9:24.

We also lift up your marriage before the Lord, for we believe marriage is a holy covenant ordained by God between one man and one woman for life, as Jesus taught, What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate in Matt 19:6 and as described in Gen 2:24 and Eph 5:31-33. We pray for the restoration and sanctification of your marriage, that it would be strengthened and made to honor Christ, that both husband and wife would walk in faithfulness, love, and purity before Him. We pray for your son and for her family and her church, that the Lord would give them wisdom, courage, and love to speak the truth and to surround her with godly counsel and accountability.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12 and through whom we have access to Your throne in John 14:6. We thank You that You are both serious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. We thank You for Your power and Your promise that nothing is too difficult for You. Lord, we ask You to reach this dear wife and mother. Soften her heart where it has been hardened, open her eyes where they have been blinded, and turn her from darkness to light. Convict her of sin and draw her with Your loving kindness to repentance and to faith in Your Son. Hedge her way with thorns where she strays, and make her path straight toward You. Use every means You choose, Your Word, her family, her church, dreams, preaching, and faithful friends, to call her back to Yourself. Grant rest to this husband and to all who have labored in prayer for so long, renew their strength as they wait upon You in Isa 40:31, and keep this marriage under Your protection and grace. Let Your will be done in this family, and let Your name be glorified as You do what only You can do. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear how long you have carried this before the Lord, two years and eight months of praying for your wife and for your son, asking for mercy to lead her toward light. And we also hear your honesty that you are weary and heavy laden right now. That makes sense. Faithfully interceding for someone you love so deeply can hold both hope and exhaustion at once, and the Lord sees you in it.

We are thankful for your confidence that nothing is too difficult for Him and that He knows how to reach her in ways we cannot. He also cares for you in the waiting. When a burden goes on this long it is easy to pull inward and try to carry it alone, but God often sustains us through steady people around us who will keep praying and walking with us.

It may help to invite one or two trusted pastors or mature brothers to meet with you regularly, not only to pray for your wife but to check on you and your son, to listen, and to share the weight in the weeks ahead. Keep bringing every care to the Lord, and allow for simple rhythms of rest, work, and time with your son that keep you grounded while you wait on Him.

Father, thank You for this husband who loves You and loves his family. Give him rest for his soul today, guard his heart and his son's heart, and gently lead his wife in Your wisdom and mercy. Give clarity and grace to her family and church as they love her, and sustain this home with Your peace day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.
