Dear God, I pray that Dan and Debbie will reach out to Rachael soon to give us the green light to work at the Ranches. Please guide their hearts and minds in making this decision, and I thank you for the opportunities ahead. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this request, seeking God’s perfect will in this matter. It is good to pray for open doors and divine guidance, but we must always remember that our prayers are only heard and answered because of the name of Jesus Christ, our Mediator. The Scriptures remind us in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* We also know from Acts 4:12 that *"there is no other name under heaven... by which we must be saved."* So let us come boldly before the throne of grace, not in our own names, but in the mighty name of Jesus.

We also encourage you to examine your heart in this request. Are you seeking this opportunity for the glory of God, or is there any personal ambition or motive that may not align with His will? Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Let us ensure that our desires are surrendered to Him, trusting that His timing and His ways are perfect.

If this work at the Ranches is truly where God is leading, then He will open the door in His time. But if there is hesitation or delay, let us trust that He may be redirecting or preparing hearts—including yours—for something even greater. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this request concerning the opportunity to work at the Ranches. Lord, we ask that You soften and guide the hearts of ### and ###, giving them clarity and wisdom as they make this decision. If it is Your will for this door to open, we pray that You would move mightily in their spirits to confirm it. But if this is not the path You have for those involved, we ask that You close this door gently and redirect all hearts toward Your perfect plan.

Father, we also pray for unity and patience among all those waiting on this decision. Guard their hearts from frustration or impatience, and help them to trust in Your timing. May this situation bring glory to Your name, whether through open doors or closed ones.

We thank You for the opportunities You have already provided and for the ones yet to come. Help each person involved to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all things will be added according to Your will (Matthew 6:33). May this work, if it comes to pass, be done with excellence and for the advancement of Your purposes.

We rebuke any spirit of delay that is not from You, Lord. If there is any hesitation rooted in fear, doubt, or selfishness, we ask that You remove it and replace it with faith and obedience. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard every heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We commit this entire situation into Your hands, trusting that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In the mighty and holy name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
