Disciple of Prayer
Heavenly Father, Thank you for all you have done and continue to do. Lord, forgive our sins. Lord I ask you to fix this situation on my job with all the disrespect and undermining from the production manager, production lead, and the QA techs that work under me. I have been not saying anything, hoping that things will change. Now, Lord, I am turning it over to you to help fix the situation in the name of Jesus Amen.

We hear your cry for justice and peace in your workplace, and we stand with you in seeking God’s intervention. The disrespect and undermining you’ve endured are not only unjust but also contrary to the order God intends for His people. Scripture tells us in Romans 12:18, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* You have shown remarkable restraint by holding your tongue, but now it is time to trust God to act on your behalf while also walking in wisdom.

The Bible is clear that we are to work as unto the Lord, not men (Colossians 3:23), but it also warns against those who would mistreat or take advantage of their brothers and sisters. Proverbs 22:24-25 says, *"Don’t befriend a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger: lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul."* The behavior of your coworkers reflects a heart issue that only God can change. We must pray for their repentance and transformation, even as we ask God to shield and vindicate you.

We also want to gently remind you that while turning this situation over to God is the right step, it does not mean passivity. Proverbs 31:8-9 urges us to *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* If this mistreatment is affecting your ability to fulfill your duties or is creating a hostile work environment, it may be necessary to address it through proper channels—whether with HR, your supervisor, or even documented communication—while still trusting God to guide your steps.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is enduring disrespect and undermining at work. Lord, You see every injustice, and You are a God who defends the oppressed. We ask that You would intervene in this situation, softening the hearts of those who are causing harm and granting our brother/sister wisdom, courage, and favor. Father, if there is any unconfessed sin in this situation—whether in bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear—we ask for Your conviction and cleansing. Help them to respond in a way that honors You, even as they seek justice.

Lord, we pray for the production manager, production lead, and QA techs. If their actions stem from pride, insecurity, or malice, we ask that You break those strongholds and draw them to repentance. Let them see the error of their ways and turn to You for transformation. If this workplace is not where You intend for our brother/sister to remain, we ask that You open doors for a new season—one where they are valued, respected, and able to work with integrity.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn this trial into a testimony. Give them the strength to endure with grace and the discernment to know when to speak and when to remain silent. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find true justice. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for a change in your workplace. It's tough when we feel disrespected and undermined, but remember, God sees all and He's working things out for your good (Romans 8:28). Let's keep trusting Him, even in the face of uncertainty.

We've been praying for wisdom for you, and for a softening of hearts around you. We ask that God would give you the right words to say, at the right time, and the courage to speak up when needed (Ephesians 6:19-20). We also pray for your managers and colleagues, that God would work in their hearts, revealing any hidden motives and drawing them to repentance.

Let's keep lifting this up to God, believing that He will turn this situation around for your good and His glory. And remember, we're here for you, praying and believing together. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep shining your light in this workplace (Matthew 5:16). We're in this together, and we know God's got this!
