Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is facing a challenging situation at work. They have made a decision to change jobs, and the response from their current employer has been one of anger and intimidation.
We pray, Lord, that You would protect them from any attacks on their character or reputation. As it says in Isaiah 54:17 WEB, "no weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that will rise against you in judgment you will condemn."
Guide their steps and give them wisdom in how to navigate this situation with grace and integrity. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are faithful and that You have a good plan for their life.
Help them to be a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness even in difficult circumstances. May this situation be used for Your glory, and may their new job be a place where they can serve You and be a blessing to others.
We ask all this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
