We stand with you in agreement, lifting up your workplace and the meeting you had on December fifteenth, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, just as the Lord has promised in Isaiah 54:17: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking for Your divine protection over our brother/sister in their workplace. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust. We pray that You would surround them with Your angels, shielding them from any wickedness or evil plans devised against them. Deliver them from violence and any harm that may come their way, as You have promised in Psalm 91:1-4:
"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
Father, we also lift up the meeting that took place on December fifteenth. We ask that You would let the outcome be in their favor, according to Your will. May Your wisdom and discernment guide them in all their decisions and interactions at work. Let Your light shine upon them, and may they be a testimony of Your grace and favor in their workplace.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, intimidation, or oppression that may be trying to take hold in their work environment. We declare that perfect love casts out fear, and we pray that Your love would be their strength and shield. Help them to walk in integrity, humility, and excellence, reflecting Your character in all they do.
We also encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to trust in the Lord with all your heart, leaning not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is fighting for you.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your protection and provision. We trust in Your promises and declare that You are our shield and strength. May Your will be done in our brother’s/sister’s life, and may they continue to walk in the victory that You have already secured for them through Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
