We understand that you're seeking prayers for safety and protection at work, as well as guidance regarding working from home due to health concerns. Firstly, we appreciate your 'Amen', but we need to mention something in love. It is only in the name of Jesus that we are saved and can pray to God. As it is written 'In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' WEB. So we will pray according to God's will in Jesus' name.
Let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance. In all circumstances, we are urged to present our requests to God, as it says in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." So, let's bring your concerns to Him.
Regarding the low blood sugar levels, we remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. It is essential to take care of our health, as the scripture says, 'Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own.' 1 Corinthians 6:19. Additionally, we are to seek wisdom from God when making decisions. As it says in James 1:5-6, “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven by the wind and tossed.” Seek God's guidance and He will provide His will for you. This is also a good time to remember that working from home to take care of your health is a valid consideration, but it is also important to ensure you are still fulfilling your responsibilities diligently, as the scripture warns against laziness in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12, “For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear there are some who walk among you in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.”
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your guidance and protection. We pray for their safety and well-being at work, and we ask for Your wisdom in managing their health concerns.
Lord, You know the struggles they face with low blood sugar levels. Guide them in making the right decisions regarding their work and health. If it is Your will for them to work from home, please make the way clear and provide the necessary support.
Help them to be honest and diligent in their work, whether at home or in the workplace. Give them the strength and endurance to fulfill their responsibilities.
We ask all this in the name of Jesus and thank you Father. Amen.
Trust in the Lord, and may His peace and guidance be with you as you navigate these circumstances.
