We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for protection at work and the outcome of your meeting on December fifteenth. We stand with you on the promise found in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord. This verse assures us that God is our ultimate protector and defender.
We also take comfort in Psalm 91, which reminds us that God is our refuge and fortress. "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart" (Psalm 91:1-4). Let these words be a source of strength and encouragement as you navigate your workplace.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking for Your divine protection over our brother/sister at their workplace. Lord, we know that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we also know that You have come that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We ask that You would be a shield around them, guarding their heart, mind, and body from any harm or evil plans devised against them.
We pray specifically for the outcome of the meeting that took place on December fifteenth. Lord, we ask that You would let Your favor rest upon our brother/sister. May the decisions made be just and fair, and may Your will be done in this situation. We trust in Your promise that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment as they interact with colleagues and supervisors. May they be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love, grace, and truth. Help them to respond to any adversity with patience, kindness, and a spirit of forgiveness, just as You have forgiven us.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be attempting to take root in their heart. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we pray that they would experience Your perfect love in a tangible way during this time. Strengthen them with Your might and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is in His name that we have access to You and it is through His sacrifice that we are made righteous. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we are grateful for the victory we have in Him.
May Your grace, mercy, and peace be with our brother/sister as they continue to trust in You. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.
