We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, it's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We must remember that God tells us in Matthew 5:44 WEB, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, We do not know what is happening in her life that may be causing her to act out against you. It may be that she is dealing with something spiritually that she does not understand.
However, it is also important to address the issue of witchcraft, deceit, and manipulation. The Bible is clear that such practices are detestable to God, Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB. And while we should pray for those who persecute us, we should also be wise and discerning, and take steps to protect ourselves from harm, Matthew 10:16 WEB. Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing difficulty at her workplace. We are concerned for the colleague who is acting in a toxic and negative manner, and we pray that you would convict her heart and change her behavior. We pray that you would expose any witchcraft, deceit, and manipulation, and render it powerless in the name of Jesus, 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 WEB (For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but of the power of God for the tearing down of fortresses. We are tearing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ).
We ask of you, Lord, you would act on behalf of our sister in Romans 8:31 WEB, What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? We pray that you would thwart any plans to sabotage the kindergarten graduation, and that the event would go smoothly and successfully. We ask that you would protect our sister from any harm or stumbling blocks, and that you would surround her with your favor and grace, Psalm 5:12 WEB For you, Lord, will bless the righteous. You will surround him with favor as with a shield.
We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only one who has saved us and given us access to you, Father. It is in his name that we pray for salvation, John 3:16-18 WEB (For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn’t believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God). If she does not know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we pray that you would reveal him to her and draw her to salvation.
Lastly, we pray that you would give our sister wisdom and discernment, and guide her steps in this situation, James 1:5 WEB. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
