The Bible tells us, "You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: you shall not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor" (Leviticus 19:15 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and the situation at ###. Lord, You see the injustices and partiality taking place, and You care deeply for those who are being mistreated. We pray for Your intervention in this matter, that Your will be done, and that Your peace and harmony would reign in the workplace.
We pray for ### and ###, that You would soften their hearts and guide them in Your ways. We ask that You would remove any spirits of dominance and partiality, and that Your love and kindness would flow through them instead. If it is Your will, Lord, we pray that You would remove them from their positions if they continue to cause harm, and that You would replace them with leaders who act with justice and righteousness.
