Work Anxiety

I have been praying about a high level of anxiety that I've had for quite sometime. God has helped me tremendously with it and I thought it was gone. I walked into work this morning and all of that anxiety came back. I pray that God will help me through this again and will strengthen me. Please keep me in your prayers am that God will lift me up during this time.
