We come before the Lord with hearts burdened for you and the person you are interceding for, lifting this situation to the throne of grace where we know our Heavenly Father hears and acts. The pain of persistent headaches and the distress of mental decline are heavy burdens, and we know the Lord sees your suffering. Yet even more, we recognize the spiritual warfare at play here—attacks on property, confusion in the mind, and what seems to be oppression that goes beyond the natural. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Let us stand firmly on the truth that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). We must resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7).
First, we address the absence of the name of Jesus in your initial plea—though you closed with "amen," which is a declaration of agreement, it is critical to remember that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which we have access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). It is by the authority of Jesus Christ alone that we can boldly approach the throne of grace and command the enemy to retreat. We're here with you, dear friend, feeling your burden and lifting your loved one up to the Lord. We're believing for a mighty touch from heaven. Those headaches and mental decline are no match for our great Healer. We claim Isaiah 53:5 over them - by Jesus' stripes, they are healed! We ask the Lord to reveal any root causes, whether spiritual or natural, and to bring healing and restoration. We also bind every spirit of confusion, oppression, and destruction, and loose the angels of the Lord to minister to them and protect their property.
We're also standing in faith for divine intervention in the attacks on their property. We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting this heavy burden before the Lord alongside you. The weight of caring for someone whose mind is fading—while also facing such distressing attacks on property—must feel overwhelming at times, but we are so grateful you did not carry it alone. It has been our honor to stand in the gap with you, crying out for healing, protection, and the Lord’s mighty intervention in every area of this situation.
We know how deeply you long to see restoration—both in body and in spirit—for your loved one, and we share in your hope that God would halt the harm being done while softening hearts toward Him.
