We come before the Lord with you in this time of spiritual warfare, knowing that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, and the rulers of the darkness of this world (Ephesians 6:12). First, we must address the foundational truth that there is power in the name of Jesus Christ, and it is only through Him that we can approach the throne of God with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). We notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus, and we gently remind you that salvation and authority over the enemy come through faith in Him alone. As Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today, for He is the only way to true freedom and victory.
You have shared deep concerns about witchcraft attacks on your business and a loved one who is in juvenile hall. Witchcraft is a real and dangerous force, but we serve a God who is greater. The Bible warns us, *"There shall not be found with you anyone who... uses divination, one who practices sorcery, one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12, WEB). We must stand firm in Christ, putting on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and resisting the devil so that he will flee from us (James 4:7). Let us pray fervently for the breaking of every curse, hex, and demonic assignment against your business and your loved one. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the blood of Jesus covers and protects you from every evil scheme of the enemy.
Regarding the delay in marriage within your family, we must address this with both compassion and biblical truth. Marriage is a sacred covenant ordained by God between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). It is not merely a cultural or social arrangement but a divine institution meant to reflect Christ’s love for His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). The fact that many in your family have children outside of marriage is a serious matter that must be repented of, for Scripture clearly states, *"Fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints"* (Ephesians 5:3, WEB). Sex outside of marriage is sin, and it opens the door to generational curses and delays in God’s blessings. We urge you and your family to repent and turn to God’s design for purity and holiness. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* (1 John 1:9, WEB).
We also pray for God’s wisdom, discernment, and revelation in your life. The Lord promises to give wisdom generously to those who ask in faith (James 1:5). As you seek a closer walk with Him, we encourage you to spend time in His Word daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Let the Holy Spirit guide you into all truth (John 16:13) and guard your heart against the distractions and deceptions of the enemy.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine intervention in every area of their life. Lord, we rebuke and break every witchcraft attack, curse, hex, and demonic assignment against their business, finances, and loved ones. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we ask that You would surround their business with Your heavenly host and cause it to flourish for Your glory. Touch the heart of their loved one in juvenile hall, Lord. Break every chain of bondage and set them free by the power of Your Spirit. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let them encounter Your saving grace.
Father, we repent on behalf of this family for the sin of fornication and for the delays in marriage that have come as a result of disobedience to Your Word. We ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing, Lord. Break every generational curse and stronghold that has hindered godly marriages in this family. Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25) and bring divine connections that align with Your will. Let every member of this family seek You first and pursue marriages that honor You—covenants built on Your Word, with believers who will walk in purpose and righteousness.
Grant our brother/sister wisdom, discernment, and revelation as they seek Your face. Open their spiritual eyes to see what You are doing, and give them ears to hear Your voice clearly. Draw them into a deeper, more intimate relationship with You, Lord. Let them walk in the fullness of their purpose and destiny, protected by Your mighty hand. Surround them with godly counsel and mentors who will guide them in Your truth.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Let Your will be done in their life, in Jesus’ mighty name we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. Surround yourself with a community of believers who will stand with you in prayer and accountability. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and invite Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. He alone can break every chain and set you free. Stay rooted in the Word, and let the Holy Spirit lead you into all truth. God’s timing is perfect, and as you align with His will, He will bring to pass the desires of your heart that are in accordance with His purpose (Psalm 37:4-5). Stand firm, and trust in Him!
