We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt request, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father God, we thank You for this dear one who seeks Your wisdom and understanding, desiring to be a faithful steward of all You have entrusted to them. The cry for wisdom is precious in Your sight, for You have promised in Your Word, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). Lord, we ask that You pour out Your Spirit of wisdom and revelation upon them, that they may grow in the knowledge of You and walk in the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10).
Heavenly Father, we also lift up their desire to seek You with their whole heart. You have said, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength" (Deuteronomy 6:5 WEB). May they be like the psalmist who declared, "As the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants after You, God" (Psalm 42:1 WEB). Teach them to pour out their soul before You in prayer, to wait on You, and to find their strength renewed like the eagles (Isaiah 40:31). May Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105), and may they hide it in their heart so they might not sin against You (Psalm 119:11).
Lord, we claim the promise of Proverbs 13:20 over their life: "One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm." Surround them with godly mentors, friends, and counselors who will sharpen them as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). May they be rooted and built up in Christ, established in the faith, and abounding in thanksgiving (Colossians 2:7).
We also bring before You their physical ailments, trusting in Your healing power. You are the Great Physician, and by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray for complete healing of their teeth, especially the upper right wisdom tooth, that it may not cause them further pain or infection. Heal their eyes, Lord, that they may see Your truth clearly. Strengthen their left leg, pelvis, and back, that they may walk in health and wholeness. We rebuke the pain, the ball in their thigh, and the subcutaneous ball on their abdomen, commanding them to leave in Jesus' name. Heal their stomach, intestines, and gastrointestinal tract, that they may be free from discomfort and distress. Relieve their fatigue, cough, cold, sore throat, hoarse voice, and runny nose, restoring their body to full health.
Father, we also lift up their mental and spiritual trauma. You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Heal their wounds, Lord, and bind up their brokenness. Pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they find comfort in Your presence, for You have said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB).
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. It is through faith in Jesus Christ, Your Son, that we have access to You, Father. We thank You for the gift of salvation, for while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). May this dear one continue to grow in their relationship with You, walking in the light as You are in the light, and may the blood of Jesus Christ, Your Son, cleanse them from all sin (1 John 1:7).
Heavenly Father, we trust in Your goodness and mercy. We declare that Your Word will not return to You void but will accomplish what You please and prosper in the thing for which You sent it (Isaiah 55:11). May Your will be done in this life, and may they experience Your healing, wisdom, and peace in every area. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
