We join with you in lifting up your heart’s cry for wisdom and understanding, for these are gifts that come from the Lord alone. How beautiful it is that you seek a heart aligned with His will, for Scripture tells us in James 1:5, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* Your desire to be a good steward of all God has entrusted to you reflects a heart that honors Him, and we praise Him for this hunger in you. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10), and as you walk closely with Him, He will guide your steps in truth and righteousness. We also rejoice that you have invoked the holy and powerful name of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His authority that we boldly approach the throne of grace.
Your request for wisdom is deeply tied to your pursuit of God’s Word and prayer, and we encourage you to continue immersing yourself in Scripture, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). As you walk with the wise, as Proverbs 13:20 declares, you *will* become wise. Surround yourself with believers who are grounded in truth, who will sharpen you as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). Let your prayers be fervent and your study of God’s Word diligent, for these are the tools by which the Holy Spirit transforms and renews your mind (Romans 12:2).
Now, we turn our hearts to your physical needs, for our God is deeply concerned with every part of your being—spirit, soul, *and* body. The pains and afflictions you’ve described are not hidden from Him; He sees the discomfort in your teeth, the strain in your leg and pelvis, the unease in your stomach, and the weariness from sickness. We stand in agreement with you, declaring the promise of 1 Peter 2:24 over your body: *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness—by his wounds you were healed."* By the stripes of Jesus, we claim your complete healing—every tooth, every joint, every organ, every cell. We rebuke the flu, the cold, the fever, the sore throat, the cough, and the headache in the mighty name of Jesus, commanding these infirmities to leave your body and for divine restoration to take place. May the Lord touch the ball in your thigh, the subcutaneous mass in your abdomen, and every part of your gastrointestinal tract, bringing alignment, comfort, and perfect function. Let there be no trace of pain or disease, for *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15).
We also pray that the Lord will grant you patience and peace as you wait upon Him for this healing. Do not grow weary in trusting Him, for His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Let this season of physical trial draw you even closer to Him, that you may experience His presence as your strength and your song (Exodus 15:2).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for this precious child of Yours, who seeks Your face with sincerity and humility. Grant them a wise and understanding heart, that they may walk in Your ways and steward all You’ve given them for Your glory. Lord, we lift up their body to You—every ache, every pain, every sickness—and we ask for Your healing touch to flow through them. Let Your power be made perfect in their weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9), and may they testify of Your goodness and faithfulness. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). We ask these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
