Let us join together in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. You've asked for a wise and understanding heart, and we find encouragement in the words of King Solomon, who, when asked by God what he desired, replied, "Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and bad..." 1 Kings 3:9 WEB. God was pleased with this request and granted it, along with riches and honor that Solomon did not ask for.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking that You grant this dear one a wise and understanding heart. May they be a good steward of all that You have entrusted to them, seeking Your will in all things. Help them to seek You with all their heart, to pour out their soul before You in prayer, and to learn effectively from Your Word. Fulfill in their life the promise of Proverbs 1:5 WEB, "A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain to wise counsels...."
We also lift up the physical pain they are experiencing. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, and upon their eyes. May Your healing power work in their body, ridding them of any pain and discomfort, in Jesus' name.
We are grateful that this request is made in the precious name of Jesus Christ. For there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12, WEB. It is by His stripes and only by the shedding of His blood that we are healed and saved. Remember to continue to put your faith and trust in Jesus and His sacrifice on the cross for you. Know that Jesus paid the price for your sins and that by repenting of your sins and believing in Him you can have life everlasting. If you have not already done so, renounce your sin and acknowledge your need for Him as your Lord and Savior. Invite Jesus into your life and ask Him to take control of the throne of your heart.
Be encouraged, dear one, as you walk with the wise, seeking God's will for your life. Know that we are here, standing in agreement with you, praying that God's purpose will be fulfilled in your life.
We are reminded to be "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, and faithful in prayer." Romans 12:12 WEB.
Finally, we are instructed to "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." Psalm 55:22 WEB.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
