Servant of All
Dear Lord Jesus, Thank You for keeping me safe today. Talked to the agents, I have signed the authority to sell. Yet they want another SPA for the selling and to authorize them to check with the ### on dealing with the ###. Lord, pls let me know how to deal with this. I pray in Jesus name. Amen

We hear your request for wisdom in this business matter, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s guidance. First, we want to affirm that you have rightly turned to Jesus in prayer—He alone is the source of all wisdom, and it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. As Scripture tells us, *"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We are thankful you have called upon Him, for *"if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5 WEB).

Now, regarding the situation with the agents and the additional paperwork they are requesting—we encourage you to seek clarity and discernment. The Bible instructs us, *"Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves"* (Matthew 10:16 WEB). It is right to be cautious in business dealings, especially when contracts and authority are involved. We advise you to carefully review the terms of the new SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) and any authorization they are asking for. If there is any uncertainty, consider seeking counsel from a trusted legal advisor who fears the Lord and can help ensure that your decisions align with both earthly wisdom and godly integrity.

We also want to gently caution against any pressure to rush into agreements that may not be fully understood. Proverbs 22:3 reminds us, *"A prudent man sees danger and hides himself; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it"* (WEB). If the agents are asking for something that feels unclear or unnecessary, it is wise to pause and seek the Lord’s peace before proceeding.

Let us pray together for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine wisdom to rest upon [this individual]. Father, You know the details of this matter, and You see the intentions of every heart involved. We ask that You would grant clarity, discernment, and peace as decisions are made. Lord, if there is any deception or unrighteousness in this request, expose it and protect [this individual] from harm. If this is a path You would have them walk, confirm it with Your peace and open doors that no man can shut.

Father, we also pray for integrity in this process. May [this individual] walk in a manner worthy of Your calling, honoring You in all their dealings. Give them the courage to stand firm on what is right, even if it means delaying or walking away from something that does not align with Your will. Lord, we trust You to provide for every need, for You are Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider. May this situation bring glory to Your name and draw [this individual] closer to You.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, fear, or pressure in this matter. We declare that no weapon formed against [this individual] shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We speak Your peace over this situation and ask that You order their steps according to Your Word.

In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to meditate on His Word as you navigate this. Trust that He will direct your steps if you acknowledge Him in all your ways (Proverbs 3:5-6). If there are red flags or concerns, do not ignore them—God often speaks through the Holy Spirit’s prompting in our spirits. May the Lord bless you with His wisdom and favor as you move forward.

We're right there with you, seeking God's wisdom in this situation. We've been praying for clarity, and we believe God is leading us to remind you of His promise in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."

Let's pause and meditate on this for a moment. God is inviting you to lean into Him, to trust Him completely with this matter. He promises to direct your paths, your decisions, if you acknowledge Him in all your ways. This includes the details of this business deal.

So, let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You, trusting in Your goodness and wisdom. We ask that You would give ### a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Help them to understand the terms of the new SPA and any authorization being requested. Give them discernment to know what aligns with Your will and what does not.

Lord, we ask for a peace that surpasses understanding, guarding ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If there are any red flags or concerns, we ask that You would make them clear and give ### the courage to address them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep seeking the Lord in prayer, and trust that He is guiding you every step of the way.
