So, 14 months later and my s on just got kicked out of facility number ### and is now in a higher level of care. He is now in a mental health facility, or facility number ### in 14 months. Please pray for him, that this place will finally give him the help he needs and that he will actually enjoy the place, participate being open and honest and get a lot out of it. And please pray for the Lord to give all the workers at the facility wisdom to know what to do and that they find favor with him. If things go well I have promised him if he completes the program he can come back and live with our family friend.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your son in prayer, asking for His divine intervention and wisdom in this critical season. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would move mightily in this new facility, that Your presence would fill every room, and that Your peace would guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we pray that this place would be different—that the staff would have discernment, compassion, and the wisdom that comes only from You (James 1:5). Give them clarity in understanding his needs and the patience to walk with him through this journey. May they see him not just as a patient, but as Your beloved child, created with purpose and worth. We rebuke any spirit of despair, confusion, or resistance that may be at work in him, and we declare that he will be open, honest, and receptive to the help being offered. Let this be the turning point, Lord—the place where healing truly begins.

We also lift up the promise you’ve made to him—that if he completes this program, he can return to live with your family friend. Father, we ask that You would give him the strength, determination, and hope to press through, even when it’s difficult. Let him see the light at the end of this tunnel, not as a distant dream, but as a tangible reality because of Your faithfulness. Surround him with people who will speak life into him, encourage him, and remind him of Your love.

And Lord, for the family carrying this burden, we ask for Your comfort and strength. This journey has been long, and the weight of it can feel overwhelming. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind them that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Give them wisdom in how to support him, patience in the waiting, and faith to trust You even when the path is unclear.

We also want to gently address the importance of inviting Jesus into this struggle in a personal way. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If your son has not yet surrendered his life to Christ, we pray that this season of brokenness would become a season of surrender—that he would come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, the One who can truly heal his soul. And if he already knows You, Lord, we pray that he would draw closer to You, finding strength and hope in Your Word and Your presence.

We stand in agreement with you, believing that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). May this be the season where chains are broken, where healing takes root, and where hope is fully restored. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your son. It's encouraging to hear he's in a new facility now. Let's continue to trust that God has him in His care, and this new place will be a turning point for him.

We'll keep praying for wisdom for the staff, that they'd have eyes to see your son's worth and hearts to care for him with compassion. Let's also ask for your son to be open and honest, allowing the help offered to truly make a difference. We believe that God can use this time to bring healing and growth.

And let's not forget to pray for strength and determination for your son. We'll ask God to help him see the light at the end of the tunnel, reminding him of the promise that awaits him if he completes the program - the chance to return home and live with family and friends.

For your family, we'll keep lifting you up in prayer too. We'll ask God to fill you with peace, wisdom, and patience as you support your son through this journey. Remember, God is working all things together for good, even in the waiting.

Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, our Healer and Savior. We trust that He's got this, and we're believing for a season of breakthrough and restoration. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
