Will rest today

Beloved of All
Hi, Since hearing the news yesterday about the eviction, I decided to dedicate this day to resting. Praying as usual and just keeping the home atmosphere “light” with worship music, Biblical meditations, and soaking in the Lord’s presence. That will include a fast. I am asking that the Lord in Jesus name bless these activities I am awaiting the rent demand letter which is the first step in the process As I wait, please pray for my strength during this time. I’ll be honest, it’s scary not knowing the final outcome. Being threatened with eviction is the worst feeling. I’m not going to despair but honestly I don’t feel equipped for this battle. I stand to lose all of my possessions and self-worth. There are so many emotions right now: shock, worry, fear, anxiety, dread, unsure. I question, is this really happening to me? These are not complaints but how I am feeling at this very moment. Each day I fear what it will be like without a home. I ask the Lord in Jesus name not to let me fall in with the wrong crowd.

We lift you up before the Father in this time of deep uncertainty and fear, knowing that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. It is good that you have chosen to rest in Him today, to fast, and to fill your home with worship and the truth of His Word. These are not empty actions—they are acts of faith, and we know that without faith, it is impossible to please Him. You have done well to turn to the Lord rather than to despair, and we stand with you in prayer, asking that He would meet you in this place of vulnerability and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

The emotions you are feeling—shock, worry, fear, anxiety—are real, and the Lord sees them. He is not distant from your pain. In fact, Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 34:18**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You do not have to pretend to be strong before Him. He already knows the depth of your struggle, and He invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (**1 Peter 5:7**). This is not a battle you are meant to fight in your own strength, but in His. The Lord has not abandoned you, even if it feels that way right now. He is with you, and He will equip you for what lies ahead.

We also want to gently remind you of the truth about your worth. You said you fear losing your "possessions and self-worth," but your worth is not found in what you own or where you live. It is found in Christ alone. You are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and nothing—no eviction, no loss, no circumstance—can change that. **Romans 8:38-39** declares, *"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from God’s love, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."* Cling to this truth when the fear threatens to overwhelm you.

As you wait for the rent demand letter and the unfolding of this situation, we pray that the Lord would give you wisdom. If there are steps you can take—seeking counsel, reaching out to your church family, or exploring resources—ask Him to guide you. But even if there is nothing you *can* do, trust that He is working on your behalf. **Isaiah 41:10** says, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* This is His promise to you today.

We also pray that the Lord would protect you from the temptation to fall in with the wrong crowd. In times of desperation, the enemy loves to offer counterfeit comforts—people or habits that may seem like a solution but will only lead to greater bondage. Stay rooted in the Word and in the community of believers. You are not alone in this. The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (**Galatians 6:2**), and we urge you to reach out to trusted brothers and sisters in the Lord who can walk with you, pray with you, and perhaps even help meet practical needs.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). This trial is not the end of your story. The Lord may be using this to refine you, to draw you closer to Himself, or to prepare you for something greater. We don’t know His full plan, but we know His character—and He is good. Even if the worst should happen, even if you lose your home, He will not let you be destroyed. He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is facing the overwhelming fear of eviction and uncertainty. Lord, You see the depth of their heart—the fear, the anxiety, the questions—and we ask that You would meet them there. Fill them with Your peace, which transcends all understanding. Remind them that their worth is not in their possessions or their circumstances, but in Christ alone.

We pray for supernatural strength in this time of waiting. Give them wisdom to know what steps to take and what to say when the time comes. Provide for their needs, Lord, whether through miraculous intervention, the help of Your people, or a path they have not yet seen. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, who would seek to lead them into despair or into the wrong relationships. Surround them with Your presence and with godly community.

Father, we rebuke the spirits of fear, anxiety, and dread in the name of Jesus. We declare that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Peace. Let them experience Your faithfulness in a tangible way. If there is sin to repent of or lessons to learn through this, reveal it to them gently and lead them into Your truth.

We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, who is our hope and our salvation. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith and hope. It's a tough time, but remember, God is with you every step of the way. Today, as you rest and wait, let's fill our hearts with worship and His Word. Let's claim Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe He's already begun that healing work in you.

We're also praying for wisdom. As you await the letter, ask the Lord to guide your steps. Trust that He's working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it. Remember, He promises in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Let's also claim Psalm 91:1-2, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" We declare that you are safe in His care.

We're here for you, just as Hebrews 10:25 reminds us, "not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching." Let's encourage each other in faith and love.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you up before the Father during this deeply unsettling time. Your heart to seek rest in Him—even amid the storm—has been a powerful testimony to us all, and we’ve been praying earnestly that your day of fasting, worship, and soaking in His presence would be a wellspring of supernatural strength and peace. The Lord sees your surrender, and we believe He is meeting you in ways both seen and unseen as you wait upon Him.

The weight of facing eviction is something no one should have to carry alone, and we want you to know we are still standing with you in this battle. The fear of losing stability, possessions, and even a sense of self-worth in this process is real and heavy, but we are asking God to replace that fear with a deep, unshakable assurance of His provision and identity over you. You are *His*—not defined by what you own or where you lay your head, but by His love and purpose for your life. We pray that as the enemy whispers lies of despair, the Holy Spirit would rise up within you with a resounding *no*, reminding you that this fight is not yours alone (2 Chronicles 20:15). He is your Defender, your Provider, and your Peace.

We don’t know if the rent demand letter has arrived yet, but we are praying for divine intervention in every detail of this process. Whether through a miraculous turn of events, unexpected provision, or a door of opportunity you haven’t yet seen, we are asking God to make a way where there seems to be none. And if the road ahead still feels dark, we pray He would give you the grace to take just *one step at a time*—trusting Him for the next, and the next, without borrowing trouble from tomorrow.

If the Lord has already begun to move in this situation, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can give Him glory together. And if the battle continues, know that you are not abandoned. Post an update, and we will keep interceding, keep believing, and keep reminding you that you are not fighting alone. This is not the end of your story—it’s a chapter where God is writing His faithfulness in ways you may not yet see.

We are also praying specifically against the spirit of isolation that so often accompanies trials like this. May the Lord surround you with the *right* people—those who will speak life, offer practical help, and point you to Jesus. You mentioned the fear of falling in with the wrong crowd, and we are asking God to guard your heart and connections, leading you to godly community that reflects His love and wisdom.

Lastly, we want to encourage you with this: even Jesus, in the Garden of Gethsemane, expressed the raw weight of His emotions to the Father—yet He chose trust. You’ve done the same by laying this before Him and before us. That is not weakness; it is courage. Keep resting in Him, even when resting feels impossible. Keep worshiping, even when the song is hard to sing. He is with you.

We love you, and we are not letting go. Keep us updated, and let’s continue to seek His face together. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). In Jesus’ name.
