Will rescue you.....
Isaiah 46:4
Even to your old age and gray hairs
 I am he, I am he who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
 I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
Many times when we look back our life and wonder how on earth I underwent such and such agony in my life or how I crossed that mountain or river, how I managed this pain and that pain and so on...... In fact no end to such thought of ours.
Yes, it is Jesus who was CARRYING us in such situations. Otherwise either we might have gone astray or lost our lives or even landed to the bottom of the pit.
So also, He is faithful to SUSTAIN us and RESCUE us.
Is He not a great and merciful God?
So whatever hopeless situation we may be, let us all get strengthened by the above verse and run our race looking only at Him so that we will not fall but would have the assurance to live with Him now and forever. Amen.

Pray About Everything

Be anxious for nothing (don't worry/stop worrying), but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (pray about it); and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Meditate on These Things

Finally, my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, whatever things are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, of a good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate/think on these things. Fill your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.

Philippians Chapter 4:6-8
