It is written that we are to give place to no anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. But be kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32. This can be difficult, especially when facing injustices, but it is important to remember that forgiveness is not saying that what happened is acceptable; rather, it is releasing the offense to God and trusting Him to deal with it.
Regarding your question about why people get away with doing wrong, it's important to remember that God's timing is not always our timing. Sometimes, we may not see justice served in the way we expect, but we can trust that God will ultimately bring forth His justice. He says I will take vengeance on my adversaries, and will repay those who hate me. Isaiah 1:24. As believers, we are called to live righteously, regardless of what others do. We are instructed to not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12.
