Yet we must also address the tone of your request regarding her salvation. The Bible is clear that no one is guaranteed tomorrow, and our eternal destiny is not determined by our own desires but by our faith in Jesus Christ. The question of whether she will "make it into His kingdom" is not one of chance or mercy in the moment of death—it is settled by whether she has placed her trust in Christ alone for salvation. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). If your wife has not yet surrendered her life to Jesus, now is the time to urge her—with love and urgency—to repent and believe in Him. There is no greater priority than her eternal soul.
We also encourage you to stand firm in faith, not in fear. While it is natural to feel anxiety, we are called to trust in the Lord’s goodness, even in trials. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Your wife’s life is in His hands, and He is able to do far more than we can ask or imagine.
