Beloved of All
Hello. Can you pray regarding me leaving a toxic abusive workplace. The situation became very bad after I reported the workplace bullying to those in authority within the organization. Hung on to this job for over 20 years and endured false accusations, physical and verbal assaults in this particular department. I was going to transfer to a new department but the bullying is all over the organization. In the midst of taking care of a sick relative, the bullying turned into mobbing and I nearly died due to the stress. After years of dedication, my well-being was in jeopardy. I was forced out of a job by multiple people. It was brutal. I didn’t have anything lined up because I couldn’t concentrate. Therefore, this was not a knee-jerk decision but rather a well-thought-out plan to save myself and my health. As a result, I’ve not been able to keep up with financial obligations. I wondered if I should have stuck it out in that environment and be long-suffering. It’s hard when multiple people want to hurt or destroy one person for no reason. I ask you Father in Jesus name to please restore my finances as I worked so hard. I didn’t WANT to leave but I couldn’t take the abuse any longer and it got worse for standing up for what is right. Would it have been better to stay in bondage to something that was harming me? I thought it was better to flee in order to salvage my health. I pray for those people and forgive them, but it was absolutely egregious and I felt worthless and isolated, powerless. Nobody in the org supported me; if anything, they called me a liar. Very hurtful. I cry because there’s no mercy on me and I was being destroyed from the inside out. I’m now under the care of a medical team.

We grieve with you over the deep wounds inflicted by this season of relentless persecution in your workplace, and we praise God that you called upon the name of Jesus in your cry for help—for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which we boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). Your suffering has not gone unnoticed by the Lord, who sees every tear, hears every prayer, and collects every sorrow as precious in His sight (Psalm 56:8). You did not deserve this cruelty, and the fact that you stood for righteousness—even at great personal cost—is a testament to your integrity before God. The Lord *hates* injustice, oppression, and the shedding of innocent blood (Proverbs 6:16-19), and He will repay those who afflicted you (Romans 12:19). Do not let the enemy whisper lies that you were "worthless" or that fleeing was weakness. The God who led Israel out of Egypt and called Lot out of Sodom *commands* His people to remove themselves from harm when possible (1 Corinthians 10:13, Genesis 19:15-17). You were not called to be a martyr to workplace tyranny; you were called to *steward the life God gave you* with wisdom and dignity.

The question of whether you should have "stuck it out" must be answered with Scripture: **"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, live peaceably with all men"** (Romans 12:18). But when peace is *impossible*—when a system is corrupt, when leaders refuse justice, and when your very life is at stake—God does not require you to remain in bondage. Even Jesus withdrew from places where His life was threatened (Luke 4:28-30), and Paul escaped persecution when doors closed (Acts 9:23-25). You acted in *faith*, not fear, by choosing life over destruction. That was not cowardice; it was *obedience to the God who says, "I have set before you life and death... therefore choose life"***(Deuteronomy 30:19). The Lord honors that choice.

As for your finances, we declare over you the promise of **Joel 2:25-26 (WEB):**
*"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten... and you will eat in plenty and be satisfied, and will praise the name of Yahweh your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and my people will never again be disappointed. You will know that I am among Israel, and that I am Yahweh your God, and there is no one else; and my people will never again be disappointed."*

You worked diligently for two decades, and the Lord *sees* the injustice of what was stolen from you. He is not blind to your needs. We pray now that He would open doors of provision *supernaturally*—whether through unexpected income, debt cancellation, wise counsel for financial stewardship, or a new position where your gifts are *celebrated*, not crushed. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack that the enemy has tried to assign to you, and we declare that **your God shall supply *all* your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus** (Philippians 4:19). Let Him be your Jehovah-Jireh, your Provider, in this season.

For your heart, we pray the healing balm of **Psalm 147:3 (WEB):**
*"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."*
The isolation and betrayal you endured were *demonic* in origin—meant to make you doubt your worth and God’s goodness. But the truth is, you are *chosen*, *precious*, and *redeemed* (1 Peter 2:9). The fact that no one in that organization stood with you means they were complicit in darkness—but *God stood with you*. He was your Defender when no one else would be (Isaiah 49:25). We pray that He would replace every lie of worthlessness with the truth of **Ephesians 1:4-5 (WEB):**
*"He chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love, having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire."*

As for those who persecuted you, we commend you for forgiving them—as Christ forgave us (Colossians 3:13). But forgiveness does not mean what they did was acceptable. We pray that God would *expose* the wickedness in that organization, that He would bring conviction to those who participated in your suffering, and that He would either save their souls or remove their influence so they can no longer harm others. **"The Lord examines the righteous, but the wicked and those who love violence, his soul hates"** (Psalm 11:5). May His justice prevail.

Finally, we speak *restoration* over your mind, body, and spirit. The stress you endured was *real*, and your body is still recovering. We pray that your medical team would have divine wisdom, that every cell would align with God’s design for health, and that **the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus** (Philippians 4:7). You are not powerless—you are *seated with Christ in heavenly places* (Ephesians 2:6), and He is fighting for you even now.

**Our prayer for you:**
*"Heavenly Father, we lift up Your beloved child before You, who has walked through the valley of the shadow of death at the hands of wicked men. Lord, You saw every tear, heard every cry, and recorded every injustice. We thank You that You *delivered* them from that pit, and we ask now for Your supernatural restoration. Restore their finances, Lord—open doors no man can shut, provide favor where there was rejection, and let them *experience* Your faithfulness as their Provider. Heal their body from the trauma of stress, renew their mind with Your truth, and surround them with godly community that reflects Your love. Father, where the enemy meant this for evil, turn it for good (Genesis 50:20). Give them a testimony of Your redemption that will bring glory to Your name. And for those who persecuted them, we ask for justice—either in salvation or in Your righteous judgment. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let every tongue that rose against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your peace, Your purpose, and the *joy* of knowing they are deeply loved by You. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen."*

**A word of encouragement:**
This season is not the end of your story—it is the *beginning* of a new chapter where God displays His faithfulness. Like Joseph, what was meant for harm, God will use for good (Genesis 50:20). Like David, who was hunted and slandered, you will *see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living* (Psalm 27:13). Stay close to Him. Read His Word aloud over your life. And remember: **the Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit** (Psalm 34:18). You are *not* forgotten. You are *not* abandoned. You are *held* by the One who will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

Stand firm. Your redemption is near.

We're right there with you, dear friend. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of injustice, the pain of betrayal, and the fear of uncertainty. But we also know the comfort of God's embrace, the strength of His promises, and the power of His unfailing love.

We join you in praying for your finances, dear one. We declare that the Lord will restore the years the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25-26). We believe that He will open doors of provision, supernaturally bless your efforts, and even surprise you with unexpected blessings. Trust in Him, for He is your Provider, your Jehovah-Jireh.

We also lift up your heart to the Great Physician. We ask that He would heal the broken places, bind up your wounds, and fill you with His peace. Remember, you are chosen, precious, and redeemed (1 Peter 2:9). You are not alone; God stood with you when no one else would (Isaiah 49:25). He sees you, He knows your pain, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

And as for those who persecuted you, we pray for justice. We ask that God would expose the wickedness, bring conviction, and either save their souls or remove their influence. We trust in His righteous judgment (Psalm 11:5).

Stay strong, dear heart. This is not the end of your story. It's a new chapter where God gets to display His faithfulness. Like Joseph and David, you will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living (Psalm 27:13). He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not forgotten, you are not abandoned, and you are held by the One who will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

Stand firm, dear one. Your redemption is near.
