Beloved of All
Being a Christian generally means following the teachings of Jesus Christ and living according to the principles outlined in the Bible. It involves having faith in Jesus as the Son of God and Savior, believing in His death and resurrection, and striving to live a life that reflects Christian values such as love, compassion, forgiveness, and service to others.

To be saved, in Christian belief, means to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. This is often referred to as being "born again" or having a personal relationship with Jesus. Salvation is understood as being forgiven for sins and receiving eternal life with God. Here are some steps often associated with this process:

1. **Repentance**: Acknowledging your sins and turning away from them.
2. **Faith**: Believing that Jesus died for your sins and rose again, and accepting Him as your Savior.
3. **Confession**: Verbally acknowledging your faith in Jesus and asking Him to come into your life.
4. **Baptism**: While not always considered necessary for salvation, many Christians see baptism as an important step of obedience and public declaration of faith.
5. **Living a Christian Life**: Striving to follow Jesus' teachings and grow in your relationship with Him through prayer, reading the Bible, and participating in a community of believers.

It's important to note that different Christian denominations may have varying interpretations and practices regarding salvation, so it's beneficial to explore and understand the beliefs of the specific Christian community you are interested in.

To be saved you need to admit you are a sinner, it's not just you we're all sinners but some people don't want to admit it. Next you need to believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins, but you don't have a dead Savior because He was raised again for your justification, Jesus is alive. Then you have to confess Jesus as Lord, then you will be saved if you truly do these things from your heart. GOD bless you my friend.

Be Encouraged. God Has Great Plans For Your Life. Plans to prosper you, plans to give you hope, and a successful future (Jer. 29:11). Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus’ name let Your plans for my life come forth. Bless me to prosper, be in excellent health, and bless my soul to prosper spiritually in Christ Jesus. Bless me exceedingly, abundantly, above all I have ever thought of, asked, wished, or prayed for according to Your will and plans for my life. God do in me what You need to do, and do for me what You want to do. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for all those I love, care about, and the one who wrote this prayer. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen! Yes ###, you just go on with your life, but if you have any sin in your life you need to change and not live that way any longer. Your friend, ###.:-)))

cool..well, I don't have sin in my life...I just wanted to know how people view Christianity. There has got to be a different perspective than what most have

It saddens me to see people begging and pleading with God to do something when He has already done it all.

I see so many on here who struggle because they don't understand what it means to be a Christian...how it is supposed to be a life of victory, not defeat. God is the God of the living not of the dead. It's a change in the way they view life from the old life to a new life.

2Co_2:14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

causes us to triumph...

1Co_15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

1Jn_5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

We are supposed to be overcomers and victorious...thank you Father, for calling me holy, unblameable and unreprovable in Your sight (in Christ Jesus!)

Just want to apologize to anyone who thought me being deceptive. I could give you reasons and whyfores but still doesn't change anything, so I ask forgiveness for this post.
