Dear God, I thank you this day for all of the ways in which You care for us, teach us, provide for us, love us. Thank you for the bible study I have completed that reminded me of all that You are:

El Shaddai - God Almighty

Elohim - God Almighty

Jehovah Nissi - The Lord is My Banner

Jehovah Rohi - Jehovah, My Shepherd

Jehovah Shammah - The Lord is There

Jehovah Shalom - The Lord, our Peace

Jehovah Jireh - The Lord will provide

Jehovah Rophe - The Lord heals

Jehovah Tsidkenu - The Lord, our Righteousness

Jehovah M'Kaddesh - The Lord, our Sanctifier

Emmanuel - God with us

There are many others, but what this study caused me to truly understand is that You are EVERYTHING. Everything I know I need, everything I can't imagine I need. Give me the courage to believe in that fact, and to live it each day of my life. Although there are many names that reflect You, I pray that I will only have one - Child of God. Fortify me for the year to come, bless my fellow believers as well. Help us to reach out to the unsaved and help them to see all of Your qualities, reflected in the way we live. I stand on Your word and accept Your word as truth. In the precious and holy name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, I surrender to You as I pray. Amen.

Exodus 14:13, 14

"Moses answered the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today... The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still."

Father, You are everything we need, nothing good comes from anywhere else. Lord, please forgive me for all the times I did not follow You, and thought that I could do it on my own. I have found myself in a bad way Lord, put there by my own stupidity and selfishness. I know that You have forgiven me Lord, and I praise You for that, and for allowing me to get to this point in my life, so that I would seek You. Help me to hold onto You Father, and I pray for the release of the bonds I find myself in. You are just Lord, there is nothing unjust found in You.
