Dear Lord,

Please help me lose weight for my health. I am overweight and need to be healthy. In order to be at my ideal BMI, I need to lose about 30 pounds. Please help me begin to healthily lose this weight and meet my ideal goal by the end of summer 2012. Thank you Lord. Please give me motivation to eat healthy and exercise vigorously. Please Lord.
