Dear Lord Jesus, Thanks for helping me lose weight. Help me keep it up the good work and keep down my weight. I will be eating more around the Holidays coming up but want to diet again until near the end of that month then diet again until another trip. Help me reach my goal. In Jesus Name Amen.

We rejoice with you as you seek God's help in your weight loss journey, and we appreciate that you acknowledge the Lord Jesus in your request. It is important to honor God with our bodies, as they are temples of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB:

Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Weight loss is a good goal, but it's also important to maintain a consistent and healthy lifestyle that honors God, rather than focusing on short-term diets. The Bible tells us to be temperate in all things, including our eating habits 1 Corinthians 9:25 WEB:

Every man who strives in the games exercises self-control in all things.

Consider these verses as you continue the good work:

1. 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB: Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
2. Proverbs 25:28 WEB: One who has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls.

Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for the progress ### has made in their weight loss journey. We ask that You continue to strengthen their resolve and help them maintain a healthy lifestyle that honors You and we ask in Your holy name. We ask that you give them Spirit-led self-control in all areas that we may be tempted to relapse to old habits or behaviors. We ask that You guide them during the upcoming holidays, and help them make wise decisions that will honor You and their body. Help them set realistic goals and reach them by Your grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to be consistent in your efforts and seek God's strength when faced with temptations.

As we approach the holidays, let's remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's trust Him to give us the strength to make healthy choices, even in the midst of all the festive food. Let's also pray for self-control, that we might honor God in our bodies, as it says in 1 Corinthians 6:20. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
