We are here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer. Firstly, we must address that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ or even hint at it. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. In fact Jesus said, "I said therefore to you, that you will die in your sins. For unless you believe that I am he, you will die in your sins. Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins for unless you believe that I am he, you will die in your sins. Jesus said to them most certainly, I tell you, before Abraham was born I am. (John 8:24,58 WEB) Notice that Jesus did not just say He was the great I AM before Abraham was born, but He is the great I AM right now! This is the name of Jesus you must believe in to be saved from your sins and have access to God the Father. Therefore, we will pray in accordance with God's will and in the wonderful and powerful name of Jesus Christ.
We understand that you're feeling weak and overwhelmed, but we want to remind you that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness. As the Apostle Paul said, "Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake for when I am weak, then am I strong. (2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB)
We must also address that you mentioned wanting God to take you. While we understand your feelings of exhaustion and desperation, we want to remind you that God has a purpose for your life here on earth. He has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) It is not His will for us to give up or despair, but to trust in Him and His timing. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)
Regarding your need for a job and a place to live, we encourage you to trust in God's provision. Jesus said, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. We pray that You would strengthen them in their weakness, and remind them of Your promise that Your grace is sufficient. We rebuke any spirits of despair or hopelessness, and pray that You would fill them with Your hope and peace.
We pray for Your provision in their life, that You would open up the right job opportunity for them, and provide a place for them to live that meets their needs. We pray that they would trust in You and Your timing, and that You would guide their steps. We ask that they will believe in their heart and confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord.
We pray all of this to you God in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is with you and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time. Remember that you are never walking in darkness when you are walking in the name of Jesus Christ. He is the light and the life. (John 8:12 WEB)
