We hired a contractor to do work at our home. He did a very poor job and tried to take advantage of my husband and I. When we fired him, because of a law that he did not follow, he sued us in small claims court and won with a judge that chose not to follow the law. We are going appeal the decision and we need God's wisdom to lead us to make the right choices and say the right things. It's a lot of money we've already lost and we're scared. Please pray for us!

God, your word says to ask and we'll receive, seek and we will find and knock and the doors will be open to us. Please God, open the doors for us. Give us wisdom. Help us and protect us from this evil doing man. We ask for your cloak of protection to surround our home and our family. We need you, Lord. We ask in Jesus' name.
